I heard she defected to Romford but after stumbling into the new Aklu Plaza she preferred the wet markets of Beijing and fucked off back

Interview with the IOC staged by Beijing. Both of them read off a script. The only difference was Peng had a gun to her head behind the camera and Thomas Bach had a briefcase of money.

Got to be a rich seam of gags here about various football players regularly going missing on a Saturday afternoon?

The propaganda is not stop. 2007/08 was the coldest winter in living memory and at CNY there were 2 million people stranded at Guangzhou station. The conditions on the road were so bad we could not go to work they roads are full of carnage in good weather. People we dying in droves with cars stuck on the freeway on there way home for CNY and there was a continued news clip of a soldier forcing steaming noodles down a half dead woman's throat

Without being a member on the communist party they have no career. There is no program of schedule of HSR works just a decree for a finish date and careers end if they don't get met so they built like shit durability would be the casualty . They purposely post government workers away for there home town

I went to China when we played a tournament out there first time around and the tour guide collared me in the hotel in Beijing asking me about god and to explain easter to them as it was some sort of forbidden topic. I wish I had paid more attention in RE!

Not sure what everyone is talking about. I live in Beijing and there has been no reporting on this issue. In fact, if you check social media here, there is no mention of Peng. She must not have ever existed. Made up by the evil Western media. Long live Grandpa Pooh. Thank God for VPN's.

During the 2012 Olympics the churches near the stadium tea, coffee, toilets etc. A friend of mine was volunteering at one near Bow roundabout one day when the Chinese basketball team went strolling past with minders and assorted others accompanying them. One of the players asked to use the toilet. Turned out he didn’t need the toilet at all but was in there lighting a candle and saying a prayer. Something that would have got him sent home and persecuted if they had known.

Point being that when you live in a despotic, atheist, communist state any act of freedom can’t be tolerated. I hope this young woman is ok and as others have said, it’s about time high profile sports and entertainment figures and organisations started making a proper stand against China.

What they probably need is a story involving a photogenic young woman in distress, who's work attire reveals a fair amount of flesh, pictures of whom western media can legitimately use as click-bait for their consumers, thereby keeping their financial woes out of the spotlight.

Yeah - Evergrande are disposing of assets faster than any Tory privatisation strategist could have even dreamt of.

Just wait until the CCP pulls the rug from under Evergrande feet. Everyone in the West will soon forget about some tennis playing Doris.

The usual thing will happen and thats that people will protest outside the Chinese Embassy in London and it will be policed at the tax payers expense.

5th, its a mystery isn't it? There was a piece on R5 yesterday that briefly mentioned the head of the WTA is apparently threatening exactly that.

Which sponsor do you think will ask for him/her to be sacked?

Will the sport of Tennis cease playing all matches in China until she is able to leave the country? Like fuck they will. All this "concern", none of the top players will boycott and the sport won't either. Massive hypocrites.

A woman is likely in grave danger and you’re all making puns about tennis. You make me sick.

You’re energy would be much better spent making a racquet about this to your MP
